Pre-launch draft: These terms require legal and product verification before customers are asked to accept them.
License
Subject to purchase and acceptance of the final EULA, C.P.A. will provide a limited, nonexclusive license to use the software. Ownership remains with Terabat Apps LLC.
Acceptable use
Do not use C.P.A. to violate law or third-party rights, interfere with security, or redistribute the application without authorization.
Numerical accuracy
OCR and automatic parsing may produce errors, including incorrect signs, decimal points, grouping, and missed values. Users must independently verify results before using them for accounting, financial reporting, payments, tax, legal, or other consequential decisions.
Availability and updates
Features and compatibility may change with releases. Internet access may be required for activation, licensing, or updates. The website does not promise an uninterrupted service.
Purchases
The public-release purchase flow will disclose the final pricing, license terms, and refund policy before purchase.
